Summer is here! And that means brighter days, longer nights, and gathering with la familia and friends. One thing I enjoy doing when having family time is coming up with something fun to do together. I find it’s the best way to bond and create memorable moments.

It’s usually me, my daughter, mom, and grandma (and sometimes the cousins join). My mom recently taught my daughter to bake bread so I thought it would be fun to make a snack together since we were going to have a movie night. I thought, what better snack than pretzel bites? This easy pretzel bites recipe is easy to make and it only takes about thirty minutes. The ingredients are simple and the results are quite yummy. Here’s the recipe so you can try it, too.

Pretzel Bites + Lemonade = the perfect pairing

And for the perfect pairing- lemonade! It’s refreshing and pairs perfectly with a salty snack like pretzel bites. Since we were going to spend time making the pretzel bites from scratch, I did not want to waste time making lemonade, too. Minute Maid® Lemonade conveniently comes already made and they’re perfect to buy when you’re getting together with friends and family. You can purchase Minute Maid® Lemonade 12 oz. 12 packs at Walmart.

DIY Lemonade Stand

To top it off, I put together a little lemonade stand so that everyone could self-serve. If you have a simple table or bar cart at home, this is so easy and fun to set up. Simply place the beverages onto the cart, display the pretzel bites in little cups (I used popcorn boxes), and add paper goods like napkins and straws. I also added little props for decor like faux lemons, succulents, and a vintage camera.

Refresh the way you flavor your day!
